Cynthia is an accomplished Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Strategic Recruiting professional, with a strong track record of success in the Talent Acquisition and HR Partnering space! An HR Professional who employs strong consulting and business acumen to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve commitment and buy-in for the implementation of human capital initiatives.

She is a results driven Strategic Recruiter and HR Professional, with over 10+ years of comprehensive experience in HR Partnering, organizational development, full life-cycle recruiting, management, talent acquisition, and key captures.  She provides the executable difference in developing placement strategies, recruitment metrics and workflow analysis, recruitment policy development, job description [re]development, recruitment marketing and recruitment best practices. Proven experience collaborating with executive senior management to conduct talent capture planning in support of business goals. Providing analysis of applicant-tracking systems, resume database websites, new recruitment evaluation tools, and staffing related forms if needed in remaining compliant with labor laws.
